They prioritize influence and motivation over formal authority, fostering environments where collaboration and contribution flourish. Sustainable leadership is pivotal for lasting change.
Our research focuses on aiding mid-career professionals in transitioning to leadership roles centered on sustainability. We emphasize the importance of continual self-reinvention for leaders to adapt effectively to evolving environments and the needs of society.
The work emphasizes alignment with Sustainable Development Goals 4 and 17, focusing on Quality Education and partnerships. It integrates these goals into leadership training publications, aiming to enhance the industry and foster collaborations that drive positive community outcomes.
